- Will the belts break?
Currently, all of our rock tumblers come with PU belts, which is a new and upgraded, more durable option. Generally, these belts do not break, although special circumstances may occur. However, if the belt breaks, please first replace it with one of the PU belts from the pack, and then use the rubber belt if needed. After placing your order or receiving the product, please email to our after-sales service center to receive the additional 5 spare belts. You can find the specific after-sales email on the main image or in the manual. Rest assured, for any products issues, please reach out to us, and we will handle them properly. We are in the process of replacing all belts with PU belts, meaning that future belts are unlikely to break.
