Each grit type is specifically measured to deliver the right amount for every stage: Steps 1 and 2 each use 2 lbs, Steps 3 and 4 use 1.5 lbs each, and we’ve included 1 lb each of ceramic media and plastic pellets.
To ensure consistency, all grits are packaged in uniform-sized jars. As a result, you may notice variations in how full the jars appear due to the differing weights and densities of each grit type. Please rest assured that every jar contains the precise weight stated on the label.
